The Opportunity Seeking Emergency Department physician assistants and nurse practitioners. New grads welcome due to our innovative internship program. Current national certification, DEA, and BLS are required. ACLS and PALS are preferred. Current CA state license is a plus. The Practice Adventist Health and Rideout Hospital – Marysville, California A Level III Trauma Center, STEMI receiving center and Primary Stroke Center. 221-bed facility with 44 ED beds. An annual volume of 72,000 with a 17% admit rate. Excellent sub-specialty backup excluding neurosurgery, ENT, and pediatrics. High level of provider autonomy, friendly medical staff, and a very strong group of ED providers who are invested in the local community. Only hospital in two counties give providers the opportunity to practice rural medicine in a metro area. Vituity-staffed hospitalists, teleneurologists, and telepsychiatrists offer integrated care solutions at this site.
