We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lot Tech Manager to oversee our lot operations and ensure our dealership is always presented at its best.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the dealership lot, ensuring all vehicles are properly parked, aligned, and displayed.
• Oversee a team of lot attendants / porters to ensure cars are clean, detailed, and photo-ready.
• Maintain a professional lot appearance that is merchandised and customer-friendly.
• Coordinate vehicle movement for sales, service, and deliveries.
• Monitor lot flow to ensure new arrivals are quickly prepped and placed on display.
• Ensure vehicles are stocked with window stickers, price tags, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with sales and management teams to support sales initiatives and promotions.
• Uphold safety standards on the lot and ensure compliance with dealership policies.
