Location : East Islip.

Salary : $70,000 - $90,000 (commensurate with experience).

Custom Computer Specialists (CCS) has been delivering innovative technology solutions to schools and businesses for over 40 years. We’re looking for a motivated professional to join our team as a Student Management System (SIS) Administrator . In this role, you will support and maintain the district’s Student Information System (Infinite Campus), ensuring smooth operations and providing excellent service to administrators, teachers, and staff.

Responsibilities :

• Provide day-to-day support for the district’s Student Management System (Infinite Campus).
• Troubleshoot issues such as user access, permissions, scheduling, and attendance.
• Process and manage reports and job requests from school district personnel.
• Maintain and manage Student Management System databases (SQL) .
• Assist with the submission and processing of district data.
• Audit data input / output for accuracy and prepare reports for delivery.
• Monitor and update SIS-related web content.
• Use software tools such as Microsoft Office 365, SQL, Tableau , and other district applications to support operations.
• Collaborate with district staff, IT colleagues, and vendors to resolve issues.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support system performance and district needs.
