We are seeking a Content Migration Specialist to support the migration and configuration of Marketing Technology systems.

This role involves working closely with business partners to understand website content needs and translating those into creative, user-friendly digital experiences.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with content management tools and a strong understanding of digital design principles, accessibility, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the migration and implementation of Marketing Technology systems.

Collaborate with internal business partners to understand content requirements and deliver innovative solutions.

Configure and manage website content using tools such as Salesforce, Seismic, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

Support website design and development aligned with digital best practices.

Apply Agile methodology to manage tasks and deliverables.

Ensure digital experiences meet accessibility, UX, and web design standards.

Provide ideas and solutions to improve processes and enhance user experience.

Maintain consistency in brand representation across digital interfaces.

Support the creation of interactive programs that enhance customer engagement.

Required Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of experience using website content creation tools and marketing automation platforms.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Seismic, AEM, or similar content management systems.

Strong understanding of website configuration, design, and development.

Familiarity with Agile methodology and digital customer experience best practices.

Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.

Background in UX design and digital media.
