Provide application support to agency users.
Note : Candidate will initially need to work onsite 5 days / week. Eventually, this will transition to a hybrid model : 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented contractor to support our users. Training will be provided for CRM Dynamics 365 User Assistance. The ideal candidate will have help desk experience and a strong background in CRM Dynamics 365, assisting users with daily operations while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide first-line support for CRM Dynamics 365 users, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
- Assist users with portal renewal registrations, ensuring smooth processing.
- Maintain professionalism and positive communication with users.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and resolve issues.
- Document interactions and resolutions to contribute to the knowledge base.
- Prioritize and manage multiple requests efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Conduct basic training sessions on CRM functionalities.
- Demonstrate independence in problem-solving and teamwork.
- Resolve help desk tickets related to computer and user issues.
Qualifications :
Help desk experience, preferably in a CRM environment.Familiarity with CRM Dynamics 365 and its functionalities.Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic setting.Friendly, responsible attitude and commitment to user support.Background in Windows 11, including system navigation and troubleshooting.Experience with network troubleshooting and connectivity issues.Additional Information :
