Rental Sales Agent

$17 / hr + Uncapped Commission + $1,000 Hiring Bonus

(Yearly Salary Range - $30,000.00 - $70,000.00)

Bob's Rentals, operating as AVIS Rent a Car, is actively hiring for a Rental Sales Agent with strong communication skills , a goal-driven mindset , and a passion for delivering exceptional service .

This is a high-energy, performance-based role with uncapped commission and opportunities to grow in a fast-paced airport location.

What We Offer

• Starting Pay : $17.00 / hr during 90-day training, then $15.00 / hr. (Yearly Salary Range - $30,000.00 - $70,000.00)
• Pay differential for any hours worked Monday- Friday from 6 : 00PM to close as and for all weekend shifts.
• Commission-Based Pay Structure : The more you sell, the more you earn - no cap!
• $1,000 Hiring Bonus after 90 days!
