Key Responsibilities

• Make 50+ Outbound Contacts Daily : Proactively reach out via calls, texts, and emails to book intro classes, follow up with leads, and convert prospects into members.
• Lead Sales Consultations : Greet walk-ins and first-time visitors, give engaging studio tours, and recommend membership packages tailored to their needs.
• Handle Objections with Confidence : Navigate concerns about time, price, or decision-making by listening, empathizing, and highlighting the value of Pilates.
• Build a Strong Member Community : Foster meaningful relationships with members by staying engaged before and after classes and creating a welcoming studio vibe.
• Support Daily Operations : Run the front desk independentlyfrom checking in members and managing apparel sales to fielding calls and keeping the studio tidy.
• Act as a Studio Ambassador : Help promote studio events, contribute to our social media presence, and represent the Club Pilates brand with positivity and professionalism.
