Human Resources Manager - Manufacturing
Tulsa, OK (On-Site) $110K $120K base + 1020% bonus potential
Join a stable and respected manufacturing company with a long-standing presence in the industrial products industry. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to take ownership of HR operations at a corporate-level manufacturing site, working closely with senior leadership to build a strong, high-performing culture.
As the Human Resources Manager, you'll oversee all HR functions for the Tulsa facility, including employee relations, union labor relations, talent management, and organizational development. You'll serve as a key member of the site leadership team and act as a trusted advisor to operations and corporate leaders. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a manufacturing environment and enjoys driving both strategy and execution.
Required :
- 5+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment
- 3+ years in an HR Manager role
- Union experience required including employee and labor relations in a unionized facility
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing HR teams
- Strong track record in improving HR processes, driving engagement, and supporting business objectives
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- PHR or SPHR certification (preferred)
