As a Security Professional- Unarmed CRE Patrol Full Time in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence throughout the property. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with tenants and visitors, and deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining clear communication. Pay Rate : $16.22 / Hour

Job Schedule : Day Time

Monday 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Tuesday 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Friday 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Saturday 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Sunday 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
  • Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance needs encountered during patrols.
  • Communicate professionally with tenants, visitors, and staff to address questions and provide assistance as appropriate.
  • Document all incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with property management and local authorities as directed in response to incidents or emergencies.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.
  • Experience with access control and / or badge systems is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
