Partner with data engineering teams to define and deliver scalable data models, pipelines, and APIs. Maintain high standards for data governance, including lineage, documentation, and access control. Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders (sales, finance, operations, analytics). Translate technical concepts into business value and clearly communicate trade-offs, timelines, and outcomes. Establish strong relationships across departments to ensure platform solutions align with real-world workflows. Monitor adoption and performance of tools and reports to inform iteration. Use data, feedback, and observation to guide roadmap prioritization. Stay informed on BI, ad tech, and data infrastructure trends to influence strategy. 4+ years in product management, technical product management, or data product roles. Hands-on experience with SQL, APIs, and data modeling concepts. Technical proficiency in cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks). Familiarity with BI / reporting tools like Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams. Experience defining requirements and managing delivery in Agile development environments. Experience working within ad tech, martech, or media environments. Familiarity with advertising revenue workflows or order management systems. Prior experience migrating from legacy platforms to modern data stacks. Knowledge of data governance frameworks and privacy considerations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.). Proven success in driving user adoption and cross-functional alignment in complex organizations. Overview
We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager to drive the modernization of our internal data and reporting platforms. This role blends product ownership, data architecture understanding, and cross-functional leadership. You will define and deliver the internal data products, dashboards, and system integrations that power smarter decision-making across our ad sales, revenue operations, and finance teams. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who can move from stakeholder discussions to user story writing to delivery oversight, while thinking strategically about how data systems can scale.

Key Responsibilities
- Translate stakeholder needs into actionable technical requirements, user stories, and technical documentation.
- Own intake, prioritization, and backlog grooming across multiple workstreams (BI tools, order management systems, internal dashboards).
- Define KPIs and ensure accurate tracking of product performance and adoption within Agile workflows.
