Overview
Multi-Media Developer. We are seeking a creative and highly skilled Multi-Media Developer to lead the development of dynamic visual and communication content that elevates our brand and strengthens engagement across internal and external audiences. This role blends multimedia production with corporate communications, focusing on professional video creation, photography, and strategic messaging across web, social media, trade shows, events, email, training platforms, and internal communications channels.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on storyteller who can storyboard, script, film, direct, edit, and distribute engaging content across multiple platforms. Experience in drone videography, motion graphics, and animation is required. In addition to multimedia production, this role will support corporate communication initiatives including newsletter development, executive messaging, and internal campaigns that foster alignment and culture.
Responsibilities
- Video Production – Conceptualize, storyboard, script, film, direct, edit, and distribute videos for use across web, social media, trade shows, events, customer meetings, training content, and internal communications.
- Corporate Communications Support – Collaborate with leadership and HR to develop internal communication campaigns, employee engagement content, and executive messaging.
- Newsletter Development – Lead the design, content creation, and distribution of internal newsletters and email communications that inform and inspire employees.
- On-Site & Event Coverage – Capture high-quality video and photo content at company sites, customer locations, and industry events / trade shows.
- Photography – Produce and edit professional photography for digital, print, event marketing, and internal communications.
- Motion Graphics & Animation – Develop engaging graphics, animations, and explainer content to enhance storytelling and product communication.
- Social Media Leadership – Oversee and develop social media content and strategy across platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
- Web & Digital Content – Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to deliver multimedia assets that strengthen our website and digital presence.
- Internal Communication Channels – Manage visual content for intranet, internal video screens, and employee-facing platforms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with internal teams to identify storytelling opportunities, capture relevant content, and support marketing and communication campaigns.
- Brand Storytelling – Ensure all multimedia and communication content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and business objectives.
- Analytics & Optimization – Monitor performance metrics to measure effectiveness and continuously improve content strategies.
Qualifications
Proven experience producing professional video and photo content from concept through distribution.Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.).Strong ability to storyboard, script, and direct content for diverse audiences.Experience with motion graphics, animation, and drone videography (FAA Part 107 certification preferred).Knowledge of social media content strategies, email marketing, internal communications, and web optimization best practices.Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments and sites.Demonstrated ability to manage all social media channels supporting and building brand(s) internal and external positioning.Demonstrated development and deployment of organizational communication productsEducation
Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Production, Film, Communications, Journalism, or related field, or equivalent professional experienceExperience / Skills / Abilities Required

Hybrid or On-Site Work : This role will require a mix of office-based work and travel to company sites, customer locations, and industry events.
