Job Title : Commercial Territory Manager (Tennessee and Alabama)

Report To : Regional Director, Commercial Sales
Job Purpose
This position is responsible for all dealer & fleet sales, support, education, and marketing of all Truck & Bus tires in their assigned territories. Ensure territory achieves assigned Market Share goals as measured in each stat by USTMA data. CTM is also responsible for being the "Regional Expert" on all TB matters as requested by Executive Management or Regional Director at the instruction of the Commercial Director.
Key Accountabilities
Primarily responsible for building and maintaining business relationships with dealer and fleet customers in an assigned territory, and track sales activity utilizing Salesforce.com after completion of each callSchedules planned in advance using Salesforce.com calendar to ensure an agenda is set for each call and ensure any issues are identified for timely resolutionSupport customers through the sales and purchase process while handling the administration of - but not limited to : Pricing, Category Tire Orders (TB), Warranty Adjustments, Credits, Special Discount Requests, Product Testing, Product Training, Track sales toward AVB and GIB goalsRequired to plan and execute allocation of work time in the field with servicing commercial dealers, wholesale dealers, dealer sales personnel, and fleet accountsPlan, schedule and participate in special events, expositions, product training, trade shows, dealer or fleet meetings as agreed to by managementServe as a regional representative for all TB matters as assigned by managementProspect new commercial dealers in collaboration with other Territory Managers and Regional DirectorsEnter tire performance data for analysis by TB MarketingAny other duties / responsibilities as assigned by ManagementLevel Of Accountabilities

Bachelor's degree preferred
5 years' experience in sales, with strong preference for candidates who have tire industry experience
Ability to travel 50% - 75% of the time required

Must currently reside in Tennessee or Alabama
