What You'll Do As a Registered Nurse – Pain Management at OrthoAtlanta, you’ll : Coordinate all aspects of surgical cases between surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR support staff Facilitate smooth patient flow and case turnover in the operating room Manage assigned OR cases, ensuring efficiency and proactive communication around scheduling or procedural changes Maintain accurate documentation and uphold OR safety protocols Demonstrate sound clinical judgment in high-pressure situations while prioritizing patient care and comfort A Great Fit If You… Thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity surgical environment Communicate effectively with surgical teams and patients Stay calm under pressure and adapt to changing needs quickly Are highly organized with strong time management skills Practice professionalism and discretion at all times What You’ll Need Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Current RN license in the State of Georgia (or eligible to obtain) Current BLS and ACLS certifications Minimum 2 years of operating room nursing experience Experience in critical care, telemetry, or emergency room settings is a plus Familiarity with electronic medical records systems Detail-oriented, independent, and team-focused Why OrthoAtlanta?
