Key Responsibilities

Review incoming documentation and determine eligibility for coverage elections

Accountable for the entire process from receipt of work to resolution and closure

Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company guidelines

Required Qualifications and Education

Proven customer service and data entry experience

Experience with verification services, COBRA administration, and document fulfillment is a plus

Ability to self-start and maintain a positive attitude

Thorough understanding of information confidentiality

Benefit administration experience or life and health license is a plus
