The core responsibility of the Field Support Technician is to conduct in-home customer visits for the purpose of measuring space and providing the job site survey for custom cabinetry while providing exceptional customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Assess design against on-site specifications and report any necessary design change requirements to team members (Designers, Manufacturing, Install Team)
• Coordinate with our Design Consultants to provide concise measurements, photographs and data for the purposes of sale & design of custom project.
• Assist Design Consultant to pick up files and samples (hardware / finish samples) from the office for the measure purposes, as needed
• Conduct a re-measurement of project re-designs, as needed
• Create copies of CAD design when jobsite errors are found and indicate specification detail to support the designer with the necessary information to complete design revisions if necessary.
• Review proposal (CAD drawings) specifications to determine the projects' scope of work identify possible challenges in installation of the job.
• Perform job-site surveys and create job-site plans for the installation team and communicate installation direction and expectations
