Job Description : Salary :

Job Summary : Roustabout employees are responsible for performing a wide range of manual operating and maintenance duties under the direct supervision of the roustabout crew pusher. This position is responsible for various oilfield services, including new well construction, maintenance, and other roustabout work. Roustabouts use a variety of tools and equipment that may include tractors, trucks, trailers, and maintenance equipment. Duties include digging trenches, pouring concrete, installing / repairing fencing, laying, threading, and fitting pipe. Facilities and other general well site construction items are to be performed according to site plans by installing and using valves, pumps, separators, fittings, and other oilfield-related equipment.

Construct barrier walls, compressor sheds, fences, and other general construction items for well sites. Assemble or repair pipelines, flow lines, discharge lines, and plumb in all devices. Rig, and assist in setting loads, separators, or tanks being moved by cranes or hydraulic lifts. Perform location cleanup, maintenance, and other housekeeping tasks as needed.

The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Work is usually done outdoors and sometimes at a client facility or job site and is frequently performed in inclement and / or extreme weather conditions.
