Gigamon is looking for a driven, motivated Hardware Engineering Program Manager to help lead all the hardware development / delivery programs. The Hardware Manager will manage large programs of global scope, impact, and complexity through all lifecycle phases. This role manages interdependencies and integration among multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders and holds decision‑making authority at the program level. The Hardware Program Manager handles cross‑organizational programs of broad scope and high complexity or broad scope and moderate complexity, usually managing a core team that manages functionally specific teams.

Who you are :
The base salary compensation range targeted for this role based out of Gigamon’s Santa Clara, CA, Headquarters office is $136,000 - $170,000, with an opportunity to earn an annual bonus or commission (subject to terms and conditions of the plan). This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices.
