Key Responsibilities
Serve as a primary resource for HR inquiries related to onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and policy interpretation
Deliver accurate resolutions through multiple channels, ensuring high standards of employee care
Educate employees on HR technologies and support onboarding processes while maintaining compliance with employment laws
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience in HR Shared Services or similar employee support roles
Experience with Workday and Salesforce Case Management System strongly preferred
Strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and employment law fundamentals
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
