What This Role Demands
This is a high-performance outside sales role that demands initiative, polish, and persistence. You will shadow the VP, Matt Denton, learning our process and products inside and out during your Dallas-based training. Afterward, you’ll be on the front lines—handling inbound leads, building new relationships, and expanding CinemaTech’s reach in your assigned territory. We’re only looking for people who want to work with other A players and be the best at what they do.

Key Responsibilities
o Shadow and learn directly from the VP during initial training
o Manage and convert inbound leads with professionalism and responsiveness
o Prospect and build relationships with integrators, architects, designers, and builders
o Execute a consultative, relationship-driven sales process
o Expand CinemaTech’s brand awareness and client base in assigned region
o Work with high-net-worth clients and design professionals with confidence
o Guide decision-making by providing expertise and clarity
o Maintain strong communication and follow-through
o Represent CinemaTech with polish and professionalism in every interaction
o Relocate to and develop your assigned region : either NYC Metro or Florida and the Southeast
o Build a pipeline of business opportunities through events, referrals, and proactive outreach
o Collaborate with local partners to grow market share and increase bookings
o This is person will only be successful if they are driving sales instead of waiting for the phone to ring
o Stay highly organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
o Own your results and solve problems independently
o Travel regularly to client meetings, job sites, and industry events
o Strong communicator who can build rapport with sophisticated clientele
o High emotional intelligence and intuition in sales situations
o Naturally self-motivated, organized, and proactive
o Polished, professional, and confident in the spotlight
o Prior experience in luxury sales or design-related industries preferred
o Able to travel 1–2 times per month, including short-notice trips
