A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to grow their engineering team and practices while contributing to code development.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop in an agile environment, utilizing TDD and flexible pair programming

Coach up to 5 engineers in their career growth and coding practices

Participate in on-call rotation and ensure timely resolution of critical system issues

Required Qualifications :

Minimum of 5 years of experience delivering software in a production environment

Minimum of 2 years of management experience

Professional experience with Ruby on Rails or React

Experience with React and TypeScript

Must reside in the U.S
