LPN : Licensed Practical Nurse - Full Time Night Shift

• $ 10,000 SIGN ON BONUS
• PAY RATE BETWEEN $26.50-36 / HOUR

(based on experience and shift differentials)

What will I do as an LPN : Licensed Practical Nurse?

Provide general nursing care to residents

Supervise the daily nursing activities performed by CNA and non-licensed staff

Complete nursing assessments

Establish and follow care plans

Identify and document resident problems, symptoms, behavioral changes and deviations from normal

Follow all policies as outlined

LPN : Licensed Practical Nurse Requirements :

Current and valid Pennsylvania LPN license

Competency, skills, and techniques necessary to care for residents' needs as identified through assessments and described in plan of care

Experience with Point Click Care a plus
