Location : Blount County Jail - Maryville, TN

Schedule : Full-time, Monday-Friday (on-site)

Role Summary

TK Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead daily clinical operations and nursing services at Blount County Jail. The Psych RN / DON partners with custody leadership, oversees compliance and quality, and supports a mission-driven team providing patient care where the need is highest.

Requirements

Current, valid, unrestricted RN license (Tennessee)

Supervisory / leadership experience in clinical settings

Correctional healthcare experience preferred

Strong communication, organization, and team leadership skills
