• Provide outstanding legal representation in criminal defense matters, including client communication, written advocacy, hearings, and trials
• Manage caseload effectively while collaborating with team members and leveraging firm systems for efficiency
• Communicate complex legal issues clearly and compassionately to clients
• Contribute to the firm’s culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and client-centered service

• Education & Experience
• Active Minnesota Bar License (must be licensed in MN)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing law, preferably in criminal defense

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
