The posted compensation range of $13.12 - $18.04 / hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
Transport patients to and from requested care areas. Assists patients as necessary during transport. Identifies patients' needs and implements appropriate interventions. Provides patient and family with support while transporting. Works in cooperation with staff from other patient care areas to facilitate patient care. Displays a positive image by demonstrating courteous and professional behavior towards patients, physicians, visitors, volunteers and other employees.
Provides patient care / services based on identified needs / developmental level for all patient populations, care / services may include assessment of individual patient need; incorporation of age-specific characteristics in patient education, communication, and planning; provision of individualized care relevant to patient needs; and recognition, monitoring, and provision of interventions as appropriate.
