We are an Operations team that enables the best development studio in the world to make the best games for our fans, and we do this by providing excellent support and optimizing studio effectiveness. Key tasks include :

Managing a small team through clear direction, resource allocation assessment, performance coaching and management, training, and partnering with other departments on shared initiatives

Oversee daily office operations, including purchasing, managing, and maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.

Maintain and organize studio projects, processes, documents and reports related to Operations.

Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely purchase and delivery of goods and services.

Plan and organize studio events, meetings, and team-building activities.

Monitor team budgets to track expenditure and compliance and drive financial efficiency.

Drive license and asset inventory tracking.

Provide clear and effective communication between different departments and teams within the studio.

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $87,480.00 - $161,910.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role’s range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
