Base salary - starting at $400,000.  Sign on / incentive package incl. loan repayment - starting at $80,000.   Relocation $12,000 out of state / $10,000 in state, concierge service.   CME $3,500 annual fund for 1 Board Certification, 40 hours per year.  Call : Limited to Physician's own patient panel.
