Summary

The Executive Producer is part of the larger Studio Blue team of producers, creatives, coordinators that partner with our internal and external partners in A / V, design and build, and logistics. Responsibilities include establishing program best practices and efficient workflow for our Internal (and external) cross-functional teams, partners and clients. The position is responsible for supporting the opportunity engagement process, from proposals and RFP’s through reconciliation, including creating and managing associated budgets on assigned programs.

This position will support our Audio Visual and Event Technology team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and / or show-site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of any of the following locations :

• Dallas, TX
• Las Vegas, NV
• Orlando, FL
