Now, we’re looking for a passionate Residential Interior Designer (Junior or Intermediate level) to join our growing team. What You’ll Do
From concept to construction, you'll help shape the homes our clients dream of—while refining your skills and working side by side with a talented team.
Design & Drafting
- Measure project sites and create precise as-built drawings
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, details, and lighting / electrical layouts
- Produce stunning 3D renderings and mood boards for presentations
- Select and specify finishes, materials, cabinetry, and fixtures
- Create and maintain detailed finish schedules and spec sheets
Team Collaboration
Work closely with Senior Designers, Project Managers, and our Design ManagerCoordinate with vendors and consultants to keep projects moving smoothlyAssist with tracking project timelines, budgets, and procurementKeep drawing sets and documentation organized and up to dateVisiting job sites to support implementation and ensure design intent is carried throughClient Experience
Attend client meetings to capture design needs and feedbackSupport or lead design presentations depending on experience levelShare insights on layouts, materials, and style with clarity and confidenceWhat We’re Looking For
A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field1–5+ years of residential design experienceProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit / BIM, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft OfficeUnderstanding of residential construction documents and detailingFamiliarity with IRC and NKBA standardsExcellent communication skills (verbal and visual)Strong organization, attention to detail, and time managementA great team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environmentValid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for site visitsWhat You’ll Get
