A company is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to design and scale customer advocacy and lifecycle programs.
Key Responsibilities :
Launch and scale a customer referral and advocacy program to generate new logo and expansion opportunities
Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams on onboarding, adoption, and renewal communications
Run an employee and customer amplification program on LinkedIn to repurpose advocacy into various content formats
Required Qualifications :
5-7 years in B2B SaaS or healthcare tech marketing with experience in customer advocacy or lifecycle marketing
Experience with Salesforce and Hubspot for customer marketing automation
Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT for scaling advocacy and communications
Strong analytical ability to measure success by pipeline, renewals, and expansion impact
Healthcare or RCM experience is a plus but not required
