Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday modules
Identify and implement AI-powered solutions across the HR technology stack
Manage end-to-end HRIS projects, including vendor coordination and project execution
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
7-10 years of HRIS experience, with 4+ years in Workday configuration
Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and compliance needs
Proficiency in Workday business process configuration and data governance
Demonstrated interest or experience in AI and advanced HR technology
