Responsibilities
Support the Office of the CDIO in defining and delivering the enterprise digital and technology strategy; translate high-level strategic priorities into actionable initiatives and measurable outcomes; coordinate cross-functional planning sessions and ensure alignment between digital, technology, and business priorities.
Supports the CDIO Chief of Staff in executive governance processes, including preparation for board, executive committee, and steering group meetings; ensure timely, accurate reporting on technology investments, KPIs, and enterprise digital transformation progress.
Drive execution of enterprise-wide digital transformation programs and initiatives; partner with technology leaders to accelerate delivery of critical programs (e.g., cloud modernization, data & analytics, ERP / SAP transformation, cybersecurity); establish program management discipline to ensure accountability, transparency, and business impact.
Draft, review, and manage executive communications, presentations, and updates on behalf of the CDIO Chief of Staff; ensure consistent messaging of the digital / technology vision to internal and external stakeholders.
Build trusted relationships across the GDATS SLT and their directs, functional leaders, and external partners; anticipate stakeholder needs and proactively address risks, roadblocks, or misalignment; serve as a connector across the technology leadership team, ensuring collaboration and alignment on priorities.
