Matrix Providers is hiring civilian Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNA) to provide full-time anesthesia services at the Naval Hospital Jacksonville. The Government will accept any state license.

Employment Status : Full-time Independent Contractor (1099)

Schedule : Services shall be provided between the hours of 6 : 00 AM and 6 : 00 PM, Monday through Friday. Shifts will be 8.5 hours, including an uncompensated 30-minute meal break, and will be scheduled flexibly across department operating hours. No nights, weekends, or on-call requirements.

Requirements :

The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) must have and meet the following :

• Degree : Master's degree in nursing.
• Education : Graduate from an academic program approved by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Programs (COA).
• Certification : Certified as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) or the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
• Experience : Must be able to provide clinical competency within the last 2 years.
• Licensure : Current, full, active, and unrestricted U.S. state license to practice as a registered nurse anesthetist.
