As a feature of Realm 4, Dreamscape Learn (DSL) is a collaborative venture between Dreamscape Immersive and Arizona State University, merging the most advanced experiential pedagogy with the entertainment industry’s best cinematic storytelling. Our mission is to deliver unique virtual reality and 2D labs and full course experiences which are provably efficacious, readily scalable, and emotionally engaging.
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate
- Project Coordinator, Realm 4
- , to join the Dreamscape Learn team. Every day you’ll make a difference in the lives of others by working closely and collaboratively with stakeholders within EdPlus and University partners. You will plan, direct, organize, and execute against Dreamscape Learn project requirements, identify and acquire necessary resources, and coordinate efforts by all parties to ensure timely delivery of project outcomes in accordance with sponsoring source's expectations.
- Essential Duties :
- Works with a variety of stakeholders to coordinate project activities; assists in execution.
- Works closely and collaboratively with key stakeholders to define project scope, strategy, budget, and outcomes; identifies critical resource expertise; and targets appropriate internal and / or external sources to ensure optimal outcome(s).
- Establishes and continually monitors / manages project expectations with team; assigns tasks and identifies issues for resolution to ensure optimal team effectiveness.
- Prepares and maintains all project status reports and schedules; tracks milestones / deliverables, critical paths and dependencies; re-sets expectations as needed in consideration of project progress / outcomes.
- Maintains detailed documentation of decisions and changes.
- Responds to all inquiries regarding project status; prepares and responds to all regulatory reporting / filings to ensure compliance.
- Manages, coaches, and supervises all project team members both internal and contracted to ensure optimal outcomes; builds, develops, and maintains relationships vital to project success.
- Prepares all post-project reports, budget proposals and summaries / filings to ensure timely dissemination of information to all interested parties.
- Assumes or coordinates other duties or projects as assigned or directed.
- NOTE
- : This is not a fully remote position. Must be able to reliably commute to Tempe, Arizona.
- Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment / field; OR, any equivalent combination of experience and / or training from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
Desired Qualifications :Evidence of a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.Demonstrated experience in project or program coordination or management in a higher education setting.Evidence of effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.Evidence of excellent work ethic, critical thinking skills, time management, and attention to detail.Demonstrated experience in developing and mentoring support staff.Evidence of maintaining long-term, positive relationships with a team and external stakeholders.NOTE :Please answer the following questions in your cover letter :Describe your experience in project or program coordination or management, including how you have maintained detailed documentation.Give an example of your success in a fast-paced, dynamic setting with frequently shifting priorities.Salary & Benefits :$51,500 - $70,000 per year; DOE
