About the Role

Do you love working with kids and bringing big energy to everything you do? My Gym Burlington is hiring a Part-Time Gymnastics Instructor to help children build confidence, coordination, and a love of movement through play!

As an instructor, you'll lead fun, high-energy classes for children of various ages - helping them grow stronger, more social, and more confident in a safe, supportive environment. Whether it's a first somersault or a perfect cartwheel, you'll be part of every milestone.

No gymnastics background? No worries! We provide all the training you need. If you're positive, caring, and love making kids smile, this is the perfect role for you.

What You'll Do

Lead and assist age-appropriate gymnastics and movement classes.

Create a welcoming, safe, and exciting environment for every child.

Encourage children as they develop coordination, balance, and confidence.

Help out with birthday parties and special events.

Support with setup, cleaning, and daily gym operations.

What We're Looking For

Passion for working with children (ages 6 weeks to 10 years).

Dependable, upbeat, and team-oriented.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to learn - full training provided!

Experience in childcare, dance, fitness, or education is a plus (but not required).
