Your role :

The Registered Nurse (RN) will coordinate the multidisciplinary care team for patients in their scope of responsibility. You will provide direct patient care and collaborate with patients, families, peers, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver optimal care. Using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation), you will work to improve patient outcomes.

As an RN, you will demonstrate leadership skills and a commitment to professional growth. You are encouraged to advance your knowledge and skills to provide exceptional patient care and advocate effectively for your patients.
