Steelcase is hiring an AI Strategy Lead to play a pivotal role in building the future of Steelcase, empowering our teams, customers, and partners to embrace the possibilities of AI and work smarter, better, and more connected than ever before.

This role can be based remotely or in any of our US-based office locations.

Who You Are :

You have deep knowledge in the contract furniture industry, an intimate understanding of the dealer sales model, and want to help shape how AI transforms how business gets done. You are a critical thinker who is naturally curious, learns quickly, can translate complex ideas and win buy-in, and thrives in fast-paced environments.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the commercial furniture industry, or 2 years combined with additional experience in change management or related fields.
• Proven understanding of dealer sales processes and field sales operations within the commercial furniture sector.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% to engage with internal teams, customers, and industry partners.
• What to Note : While you'll work alongside technical teams, your focus will be on strategy, enablement, and driving implementation and adoption-not coding or building models.
