Talent Acquisition Coordinator

CVS Health has an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator! You will play a critical role on the Talent Acquisition team. While the daily tasks may vary, you will be a pivotal partner in providing coordination and support throughout the recruiting life cycle. As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will manage and drive essential activities that keep candidates and leaders engaged and informed while also ensuring the Recruiter stays connected on all the moving parts of the process to ensure a positive candidate and hiring leader experience. Your efforts will power a more efficient team, as well as drive a more effective and meaningful experience for our leader and candidates. You will also focus on maximizing operational efficiency with a strong focus on customer service.

To be successful as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you are customer service-oriented and have a passion for providing outstanding service to all internal and external clients. You will demonstrate your skills in attention to detail, organization, time management, and the ability to continually re-prioritize work. The ability to work independently and as a team member is imperative. You will also be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly responsive.

This position is a hybrid role and based out of Woonsocket, Rhode Island and / or Hartford, Connecticut.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

  • Managing candidate correspondence, scheduling interviews, and managing data entry
  • Assisting in the coordination and execution of recruitment advertising / marketing
  • Maintaining sensitive information in the strictest confidence in all business matters
  • Supporting special projects across the team including high volume and critical recruiting initiatives

Required Qualifications :

  • 1 or more years of experience working fulltime in a client / customer support role
  • 1 or more years of experience using Microsoft Outlook calendar and e-mail correspondence
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Prior experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • 1 or more years of experience working in a Human Resources function
  • Education :

    High School Diploma required; equivalent work experience may substitute.

    Pay Range :

    The typical pay range for this role is :

    $17.00 - $31.30

    This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
