Sales & Trading Intern NAM (F / M / D)

Given our rapid growth, we've also launched our Early Talent Program, designed to attract and develop high-potential students through internship experiences. This program aims to build a strong pipeline of future full-time employees who are already aligned with our culture and expectations.

You will sit at the intersection of clients and markets, supporting day-to-day sales trading activity. You’ll help prepare market color, coordinate RFQs, ensure flawless post-trade follow‑through, and contribute to client materials and trading analytics. The internship is designed to give you hands-on exposure to institutional crypto markets, client workflows, and the operational discipline required to run them. You will be tasked with other longer term projects including market analysis and research as well as internal initiatives throughout the program.

Role

• Participate in rotations within both Sales and Trading teams.
• Develop new projects primarily for the OTC desk, related to the Sales and Trading departments.
• Accompany the team in their daily routine.

What would be the Internship duration ? 10 weeks (5 days in a week, full-time, on-site)
