HR Generalist

The HR Generalist will support day-to-day HR operations at a corporate office in Pompano Beach. This role is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, workers' compensation, and providing backup payroll support for a workforce of approximately 260 employees. The ideal candidate will be polished, professional, and comfortable in a client-facing environment. Experience with Paycom is preferred, though candidates with UKG or ADP experience are welcome.

Work Environment

This position is onsite at the corporate office in Pompano Beach, working from either 8 : 00 AM4 : 30 PM or 9 : 00 AM5 : 30 PM. The setting is a professional, client-facing office environment. This role is Contract-to-Hire, lasting 90 business days with the potential for permanent employment. The role offers a collaborative and supportive work environment where your HR expertise directly supports a compassionate and purpose-filled organization.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $33.65 / hr.
