Bravo Recruiting Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team. The RN will oversee nursing staff, coordinate patient care, and ensure the delivery of high-quality nursing services in accordance with established standards and guidelines. Key Responsibilities :
Leadership and Supervision :
Supervise and manage nursing staff, including LPNs, nursing assistants and medication aides, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss patient care, address concerns, and promote team morale.Patient Care Coordination :
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.Monitor patient progress and outcomes, making necessary adjustments to care plans as required.Quality Assurance :
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in nursing care.Conduct audits and report on quality metrics, implementing improvement plans as required.Training and Development :
Provide orientation and training to new nursing staff and ongoing education for current employees.Mentor and support nursing staff in professional development and leadership skills.Communication :
Facilitate effective communication among team members, patients, and families to ensure continuity of care.Serve as a liaison between nursing staff and upper management, advocating for nursing needs and concerns.Crisis Management :
Respond to emergencies and provide clinical support as needed.Implement appropriate protocols in crisis situations to ensure patient safety and health.QualificationsEducation :
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) may be considered with relevant experience.Licensure :
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Nebraska or Compact license.Experience :
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical and LTC setting.Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.Skills :
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) and other healthcare technology.Job Types : Full-time, Part-time, Contract
