Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our leading pain management practice in Medford, OR, serving over 10,000 patients.

• Provide comprehensive pain management through diagnosis, treatment, and interventional procedures.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, educate patients, and develop treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and assist with interventional procedures like injections.
• Maintain licensure, comply with regulations, and ensure safe practice.

Requirements include at least 1 year of experience (preferred), active licensure and DEA, and familiarity with EMR systems (EPIC).
