Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader
Currin Outdoor Living is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to lead our crews in preserving our clients' beautiful outdoor spaces. As the Crew Leader, you'll oversee all aspects of landscape maintenance operations, including scheduling, quality control, and client relations. Supervisory Responsibilities :
Leading and working alongside a crew of 2-4 team members to complete landscape projects.
Physical Demands :
The position requires various physical activities, including prolonged standing, walking, stooping, crawling, kneeling, crouching, climbing, balancing, reaching, grasping, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and handling. Other requirements include talking, hearing, depth perception, manual dexterity, and a wide field of vision. Candidates must be able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
Work Environment :
The physical demands of this position include being exposed to various outdoor conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and humidity. You will encounter fluctuating weather patterns and work in both wet and dry environments. This role also involves frequent exposure to high noise levels from equipment and machinery, as well as vibrations from the use of power tools. Additional environmental exposures include :
