Expected Work Schedule :

We offer flexible full or part-time schedules, with occasional overtime or weekend commitments for events and our annual IFI retreat.

Pay Structure :

IFI provides comprehensive training to equip Ministry Coordinators in personal fundraising. You'll develop a team of partners to cover financial needs such as salary, benefits, and ministry expenses. Expect a competitive salary range of $25,709 to $80,000 based on experience and other factors.

About the area and Responsibilities of a State College Ministry Coordinator :

Penn State University is a very strategic location for international student ministry. It ranks number 19 in the world according to UniRank 2021 and is one of the top 10 largest universities in the United States. There are more than 9,000 international students in State College, which ranks it in the top 15 for international student populations in the United States. This position is part of the State College ministry team and requires the candidate to live near the campus on which they will be serving.

Coordinate cultural activities and trips

Qualifications and Spiritual Characteristics :

Candidates must align with IFI's statement of faith, core values, and policies. We seek individuals of strong character who faithfully extend God's love globally by effectively communicating in diverse cultural contexts.

Education / Experience Preferred :

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, along with demonstrated experience in mobilizing, training, and ministering to people. Cross-cultural ministry experience is highly desirable.
