Overview
Citizens is currently recruiting for a Senior Credit Officer to support its Business Banking line of business. The Senior Credit Officer will be responsible for evaluating, analyzing, and approving credit proposals relating to both C&I and Investment Commercial Real Estate for companies with revenues up to $50MM and transaction sizes up to $15MM. This role requires a deep understanding of credit risk principals, financial analysis and asset valuation. The successful candidate will work closely with sales, portfolio management, and legal teams to ensure credit quality and regulatory compliance, while supporting business objectives.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related quantitative field required.
Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is $115k - $170k per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
