Complexity of Work : Success will be measured by the results of the process and outcome performance measures of the population of patients. Requires critical thinking skills, effective communications skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Knowledgeable in Excel, Word and PowerPoint and able to use electronic medical records such as EPIC.

Required Work Experience : One (1) year of experience in a healthcare setting required.
