We're seeking an experienced Hardware Asset Manager who combines strong analytical capabilities with business analysis and project management expertise to support a comprehensive Asset Management and Logistics program. This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work independently with minimal supervision.
In this position, you'll be at the intersection of operational excellence and innovation, managing day-to-day asset management functions while driving strategic projects focused on AI integration, process automation, and modernization initiatives. You'll work with cutting-edge tools and technologies to transform how a global workforce receives and manages technical assets, managing operations at a scale of 30,000-40,000 endpoints. Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end hardware asset management functions including customer escalations, inventory monitoring and maintenance, and ensuring program compliance and operational excellence
- Drive and lead projects related to AI integrations, deployments, and four core process automation initiatives (onboarding, automated refresh, asset collection, and related workflows)
- Run audits, perform asset tracking activities, and make data-driven recommendations for inventory optimization and process improvements
- Generate reports, dashboards, status updates, and executive-level presentations on team priorities and project milestones
- Partner with managers, architects, and engineers to design, implement, and scale modernized asset management solutions
- Support business operations tasks while managing smaller projects to enable focus on strategic initiatives
- Navigate and ensure compliance with global import / export laws and international logistics requirements
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive status updates to cross-functional stakeholders
- Foster continuous improvement in asset management offerings while developing innovative processes that enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements
Proven success managing end-to-end IT Asset Management programs or IT technical care services at enterprise scale (30,000-40,000 endpoints)Strong project management experience with large-scale IT infrastructure or logistics programsExceptional analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendationsDemonstrated customer service excellence and ability to handle escalations professionallyExperience with ServiceNow ticketing systems and asset tracking platformsProficiency with G Suite applicationsKnowledge of global or international import / export laws and compliance requirementsStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational capabilitiesAbility to work independently as a self-starter with high level of trust and minimal supervisionExperience with ITSM frameworks, process automation, and IT business operationsExcellent communication skills for collaboration with Directors, Managers, Architects, Engineers, and delivery teamsNice-to-Haves
