Scheduling Professional
Collins Aerospace is looking for a talented Scheduling Professional to work onsite in our Largo, FL site in an entry level position. This position will be instrumental in helping manage the Depot Repair operations at the Largo repair facility across a wide variety of programs. Responsibilities include cross-functional collaboration, performing necessary research, creating documents to facilitate shipment, and executing transactions in SAP to perform receipt, tracking, and shipment of repairs.
What You Will Do :
- Develop and learn skills necessary to perform transactions within SAP to process material both inbound and outbound and ensure inventory is properly recorded
- Evaluate and coordinate program requirements with Production Control, Government Property and Logistics to process inbound assets and create outbound deliveries
- Review of terms and conditions contained in contracts with our Customers
- Manage approvals for Import / Export with Global Trade team
- Work with Contracts Manager to ensure international and contractual requirements are followed while serving as the liaison for all cross-functional teammates handling Depot
- Track repair status throughout the repair life cycle and provide updates to various stakeholders
- Perform updates to Commercial Asset Visibility (CAV) reporting within an external Government system
- Prepare and provide Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) documents, as required
- Accountability for use of metrics will be key to maintain system health and drive the level of performance that will support customer expectations

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
