We are looking for a talented Project Manager to join our team with the following qualifications :

Licensed Architect in Texas

8+ years of experience

Experience with developing and maintaining project design budget & schedule

High attention to detail and technical knowledge

Proficient in delivering construction documents including drawings and specifications.

Ability to review deliverables for accuracy, compliance, and quality

Proficiency in Revit and other architectural design software

Strong communication and team management & leadership skills

Experience in client relationship management

Proven track record of managing architectural projects

Experience with creating contracts and proposals

Proven competency in managing projects SD through CA

Serve as primary contact with clients throughout the project life cycle

Manage client expectations addressing changes and approvals

Well versed in relevant buildings and local codes
