Please find the job description for our Quality Control  Inspector role :

  • Rate ($18 / hr) :  Works primarily with smaller components and is seated most of the day.

Quality Control Inspector – Key Responsibilities :

  • Inspect electronic equipment for mechanical, solder workmanship, and documentation accuracy.
  • Perform QC inspections of new and repaired products before shipment.
  • Monitor processes and production systems.
  • Support customer data requests (e.g., first articles, certificates of compliance).
  • Perform periodic audits per ISO / TL requirements.
  • Support product / process improvements to meet quality and operational goals.

    • Requirements :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1–2 years related experience
  • Soldering experience or certification preferred
  • Knowledge of IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, ISO9001 / TL9000, Lean, Six Sigma, 8D, and 5S is helpful
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Agile
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
  • Must work overtime when required
  • US Citizen or lawful permanent resident (ITAR facility)

    • Hours & Overtime :

  • Shift :  6 : 45 AM – 3 : 15 PM, Mon–Fri (no OT first week)

    • OT if needed : Tue–Fri 5 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM

  • OT if needed : Saturday 5 : 00 AM – 11 : 00 AM
