An established and growing industry leading St. Louis-based General Contractor is looking for a Senior Construction Project Manager who can lead Healthcare construction projects. Applicable project experience for this Senior Project Manager could include a work history of healthcare, offices, clinics and other large commercial projects in background. Qualifications for Senior Project Manager :

• 7+ years of experience leading large scale commercial construction preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Projects of $10MM or more for previous work is desirable
• Stable work history and successful record of finishing projects on time and within budget
• Strong ground-up commercial construction experience (renovation work will be also highly considered)
